Mark is an entrepreneur, corporate deal-maker and trusted adviser, with a wide range of business experience across different sectors and company sizes.

After a successful consulting career at PwC and advertising giant, Publicis, Mark moved into the corporate finance world where he raised funds for high-growth technology companies and early-stage businesses.

Prior to setting up Caribou Capital, Mark was a Managing Partner, member of the global Management Board and Group Head of M&A for an international professional services firm servicing high net worth individuals and investors.

As an entrepreneur, he also founded and ran two businesses in diverse sectors–  a media production agency and a corporate finance brokerage platform, enabling international investors to access and buy into UK SMEs. This has given him first-hand knowledge of starting-up and running a business – from raising finance and running a P&L, to building the business, developing partnerships and ultimately selling and exiting.

Mark holds a BSc in Economics from UCL and an MBA from Imperial College Business School where he focused on venture capital and private equity.
