• Recurring or re-occuring revenue model
• Located in South-East England
• Not distressed

Caribou was an early investor and shareholder the New Path Fire & Security Group and Caribou’s founder Mark joined the Board as Corporate Development Director to lead the M&A activity on a buy and build strategy.

·       New Path Fire & Security is now a successful Group of companies operating in the fire and security sector providing installation and maintenance services to a wide base of commercial, industrial and public sector customers. 

·       Acquired 14 companies over a 5 year period

·       Raised a £20m debt/equity investment from Duke Capital (an AIM listed investment fund)

·       The Group has grown from <£1m in revenues to £20m+ in 2025
